Agreement and Payment:

A 2 week Grace Period if the client(s) no longer want to invest in Em & Lou Wedding photography LLC for whatever reason, this is active from the moment after signing the contract and terminating the same time on the 14th day.

All Wedding packages to be paid in full before the Wedding date.

Payment plans are available, the total balance owed to be paid prior to the wedding date.

Monthly payment option is free of any additional cost or interest. Dividing the total balance over however many months there are leading up to the wedding date. The payment plan will start at the beginning of the following month and end at the month of the Wedding. The last payment can be made the morning of the day of the wedding.

A non refundable $200 deposit required upon signing this agreement. The remaining balance will be paid via installments.

This deposit makes up part of the whole purchase price and is not a guarantee of Em & Lou Wedding Photography LLC's fulfillment of the contract. The deposit will not be recoverable if the contract is not fulfilled by either party and will serve as a cancellation/termination fee.

Half of the total balance owed can also be paid upfront and the remaining half the last month before the wedding date.

An invoice will be sent to the client(s) online, the invoice balance needs to be paid in full on the due date stated on the invoice alternatively the client(s) can pay via check. All checks should be made out to Em and Lou Wedding Photography LLC.

Total balance owed to Em & Lou Wedding Photography LLC by the client(s) must be settled prior to the wedding date.

If the client(s) have a morning ceremony resulting in the shooting hours falling short of the reception start time, day scheduling is provided, this will include a Day Break flat fee of $150.00 to be paid by the client(s).

Day Break flat fee is a fee to cover Em & Lou Wedding Photographer's time in-between active shooting.

Any discount will be honored by Em & Lou Wedding Photography LLC if there is past correspondence saved to show authenticity, this can be in the form of text message, message or email.

Em & Lou Wedding Photography LLC rates are competitively and fairly set based off the current market for this service.

Any package 7 hours or over includes a meal clause, food should be provided for both photographers.

 

Rescheduling and Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Cancel more than 90 days in advance of the wedding date, the deposit is non-refundable, but any additional amounts paid will be refunded. B(2). Cancel less than 90 days in advance of the wedding date, the deposit and 50% of the remaining balance are non-refundable, but any additional amounts paid will be refunded. B(3). Cancel less than 30 days in advance of the wedding date, the entire balance paid for wedding photography and any expenses incurred is non-refundable.

All refunds are processed within 30 days of cancellation.

If for whatever reason Em & Lou Photography experience technical difficulties whilst providing services and for whatever reason are unable to continue providing services the day of the wedding, service charges will default to an hourly rate of $130/hr for the total hours work up until technical issues and refunded the remainder of the total package purchased. The client(s) will also receive every image taken on the day of the wedding.

If the client(s) reschedule the wedding photography services LESS than 60 days of the client(s) original wedding date a reschedule fee of $100 applies and needs to be paid by the client(s).

 

Communication:

Em & Lou Wedding Photography LLC promises to provide one free consultation for the client(s). Any additional arrangement to meet requested by the client(s) will have a travel fee to be paid by the client(s), the cost to the client(s) will be a fair rate based on the miles and duration time of the requested appointment.

Em & Lou Wedding Photography LLC are available via group text or email free of charge to the client(s).

Pre approved and scheduled conference calls and/or video calls are free of charge to the client(s).

Any venue or location setting restrictions and/or rules should be passed onto Em & Lou Wedding Photography LLC 72 hours prior to the wedding date stated by the client(s).

 

Services:

Em & Lou Wedding Photography LLC promises to provide enhanced digital images and high quality prints and albums.

Please allow a 8 week turn around for watermarked images to be available to preview in a online gallery.

All Proofs will be arranged into a viewable album for the clients. Minor image adjustments are available if requested. Please allow 7 day turn around for additional edits.

Extensive editing such as: removing objects will be an additional charge and quoted upon approval.

Once the final product has been delivered, it is the client(s) responsibility to protect and retain their images.

The customer images will be kept on file by Em & Lou Wedding Photography LLC for 6 months and then archived after that time has passed and deleted after 12 months. Image retrieval rates are $7.00 per request and only for the images the customer has already purchased.

3rd party made albums, canvas prints and photo prints are available to purchase separately.

Wedding Photography Packages:

Short & Sweet: Total package cost is $1600.00. Includes ceremony and after ceremony portraits, 1.5 hours servicing the reception party, 50 high resolution enhanced images included. $260.00 flat rate for the remaining images in the gallery.

The Full Monty: Total package cost is $3100.00. This package includes ceremony and after ceremony portraits and servicing the whole reception with an 11:30pm cut off time or a total of 8 hours, whichever is less. 300 high resolution enhanced images included, $360.00 flat rate for the remaining images in the gallery.

The Whole Shebang: Total package cost is $3600.00. 1, 1 hour Engagement session including 10 high resolution enhanced images, whole day coverage (getting ready, first look), ceremony and after ceremony portraits and servicing the whole reception with an 11:30pm cut off time or a total of 10 hours of service, whichever is less. 500 high resolution enhanced images included. $560 flat rate for the remaining images in the gallery.

Individual digital image price is $4/per digital image.
